Return Policy

Overview

Because each item is custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will address any issues with your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will need to:

  • Email us at support@iconiqmerch.com
  • Include your order number
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • Explain the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, will either:

  • Send you a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund

Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of what you ordered vs. what you received

We will send you the correct item and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item.

Sizing Issues

While we don't accept returns for size exchanges, we strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing our size charts before ordering
  • Measuring yourself according to our guide
  • Contacting us with any sizing questions before purchase

Print Quality

We maintain high standards for our print quality. If you believe your item's print quality is substandard:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Provide your order number

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production
  • Most orders enter production within 24 hours of being placed
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order

Return Shipping

When returns are approved for defective or wrong items:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Package must be returned in its original condition
  • Items should be unworn and unwashed

Refunds

When refunds are issued:

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • Payment will be returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5-10 business days

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Same policies apply
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
  • Return shipping labels are not available for international orders
  • Customer is responsible for any customs fees on returns
